Bayern set Vidal price at €60m

Bayern Munich have set Chelsea target Arturo Vidal’s price tag at €60m, according to Colombian journalist Pipe Sierra.

Sierra claims that Chelsea offered €37m for Vidal, which was turned down by Bayern.

The Bundesliga giants are looking for €60m this month if Chelsea are to prize him away from The Allianz Arena.

Vidal has been linked to Chelsea for months on end, with Antonio Conte looking to bolster his midfield options.

The club signed Tiemoue Bakayoko in the summer, but the Frenchman has failed to live up to the hype of his big money move from Monaco thus far.

The 30-year-old, Vidal, has played over 100 times for Bayern since joining the club in 2015 from Juventus.

He is valued as one of the best central midfielders in Europe and has been capped 97 times by his country.
