Anthony Martial has been pictured hard at work in training ahead of the clash with Southampton after missing the 2-2 draw with Burnley through a knee injury.
The Frenchman started against Leicester City last week and, as later revealed, picked up a knock to his knee.
He was left out of the squad for the Burnley clash as Manchester United’s attackers, save for Jesse Lingard, floundered in front of goal.
But supporters will be delighted to see that the injury wasn’t serious as fixtures continue to mount for Jose Mourinho’s men.

Both Martial and Marcus Rashford have been crucial influences this season, netting a combined total of 17 goals and registering 12 assists, but their influence in recent weeks has been minimal.
The disaster against Leicester saw both players capitulate in front of goal and it cost Man United dearly.
Aged 22 and 20 respectively, they shouldn’t be expected to completely shoulder the burden of providing the threat from out wide, especially given that neither are wingers by trade. Quiet patches are simply bound to happen.
And yet, at the same time, they cannot afford lapses in form, with no out-and-out winger to replace them, and as a result need to grow up fast.
