Despite reports suggesting they have had a bid rejected, it is believed Chelsea are yet to move for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey.
The Mirror report that neither Arsenal or Chelsea have made an official move for the player, who has impressed in the Bundesliga this season.
Bailey is attracting interest after enjoying a fine run of form for Leverkusen after a difficult start to the season.
Bayer Leverkusen’s general manager Jonas Boldt confirmed that the Bundesliga outfit are relaxed about the player’s situation.
There is no offer for Leon and there are no thoughts of selling him. His contract runs until 2022. We are in control of the situation.
