Are these defenders be a cheaper alternative to Alex Sandro for Chelsea?

Chelsea are once again being linked with a summer move for Juventus defender Alex Sandro.

The Blues were heavily linked with the defender throughout the summer but were unable to complete a deal.

Reports have suggested that the Brazilian could be on the move this summer, but any deal is likely to cost Chelsea.

It appears that any deal to sign Sandro could cost the Blues somewhere in the region of £60 million, so are there any cheaper alternatives?
