They are joined on the bench by Zidane Iqbal, Facundo Pellistri, Alejandro Garnacho, Shaw, Fred, Anthony Elanga and goalkeepers Martin Dubravka and Tom Heaton.
Kick off in Nicosia is at 5.45pm GMT.
