Arsenal picked up yet another draw after a sloppy performance against Burnley.

Match: Burnley v Arsenal
Venue: Turf Moor, Burnley
Kick-Off (UK Time): 14:00 02/02/2020
—–
It was a strong start to the match from Arsenal as Alexandre Lacazette got on the end of a cross but his header was wide of the mark within the opening couple of minutes.
It became a familiar story for the Gunners. The returning Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got on the end of a couple of decent opportunities but missed the mark each time. Similarly, Lacazette came close and would surely have broken the deadlock but for an excellent intervention from Burnley’s James Tarkowski.
But the home side grew into the match as the half progressed. Burnley had a couple of good openings, particularly from set-pieces in the first half. Fortunately for the Gunners, they came to nothing and the match went into the break at 0-0.
The second half continued very much as the first ended. Burnley really pressed on and created a host of chances against this sluggish Arsenal side. The Gunners were so sloppy in possession and looked second-best in every challenge.
The closest we came to a goal in this match was at Bernd Leno’s end of the pitch. Jay Rodriguez got on the end of a knock-down at the back post and slammed his volley off the underside of the crossbar. The ball was inches away from crossing the line but it remained at 0-0.
Aubameyang got on the end of yet another golden chance late on but his header went just wide of the mark as the match ticked away and ended in another draw for Arsenal.
