Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must be happy with star
players Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood potentially featuring against Arsenal.
The legendary Norwegian has somehow already witnessed a squad injury crisis despite it still being September and pretty early on in the season.
In fact, some fans have attributed the club’s poor form due to the lack of first-choice players and the starting XI started to fall apart.
Besides the knocks suffered here and there, Martial, Luke Shaw and Paul Pogba have all been out for a while now and they all are pretty much guaranteed to start every fixture.
Hopefully the squad that’s painfully short of depth will slowly start to return to full fitness and United can return to form.
According to the Evening Standard, Martial is expected to return from his injury while Greenwood could be handed his first Premier League start after mostly playing as a substitute this season.
It’s safe to say the academy product has earned the right to start the fixture given his contribution of late but there are also injuries to deal with.
If Martial does start then it’s likely Greenwood would feature from the right-flank where he’s arguably United’s best option at the moment.
