Chelsea will not let Kurt Zouma leave the club for anything less than £30 million, according to a report from BBC Sport.
The Frenchman has emerged as a top target for Everton this summer after he impressed during a season-long loan spell at Goodison Park under Marco Silva last term.
Zouma moved away from West London in an attempt to secure regular game time in the Premier League and struck up a strong partnership with Michael Keane at the back for the Toffees.
Everton are now pursuing a permanent deal for the player, but if the BBC is to be believed, they will have to break the bank to recruit the France international.
Chelsea will only welcome offers worth north of the aforementioned £30 million fee for the defender, but a decision on his future will not be made until a new manager is in place.
Frank Lampard is set to take charge at Stamford Bridge following Maurizio Sarri’s move to Juventus earlier in June.
