Manchester United are reportedly tracking Benfica wonder-kid Joao Felix as they gear up for a summer overhaul.
The Portuguese is highly sought after by Europe’s top clubs with a bidding war for him certainly to begin this summer.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be interested in signing a right-winger and an attacking midfielder which are positions Felix is comfortable in playing in.
His most natural role is as a striker or a second striker but given how Marcus Rashford is the Norwegian’s first choice in that position, he might have to squeeze in elsewhere.
Joao would add a goalscoring threat from wherever he plays in but Benfica’s president has denied the need to sell him.

It’s believed the youngster is likely to cost around the €100m mark which means no club will truly buy him.
Manchester United aren’t going to part with that much money for a relatively unknown player but they could lower the asking price.
Solskjaer could also use the club’s reputation and pull to cause some unrest in the Portuguese club until they’re forced to sell.
Either way, United’s interest in Felix has been for quite some time so they may wish to hold fire until they can buy him for a reasonable price.
