AC Milan will reportedly sanction the sale of Chelsea target Franck Kessie this summer if their €35 million asking price is met.
The Blues have been linked with a move for the midfielder in recent months, with his future at San Siro continuing to come under scrutiny.
Kessie remains a crucial player for Gennaro Gattuso, but according to claims from Corriere dello Sport, as cited in a report from Calciomercato, Milan would be willing to let him leave during the upcoming transfer window.

Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is currently out on loan at the Serie A giants, and reports previously indicated that a possible swap deal involving the two players could be on the cards.
However, it seems Milan will only look to part ways with Kessie if they are able to sell him, not exchange him.
The Blues are not the only Premier League club who have been linked with a move for the Ivorian. Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal were also named as potential suitors earlier this year.
