Manchester United star Anthony Martial might not have been the only player who terrorised the Cardiff City defence but he certainly did his fair share.
The Frenchman returned from injury and picked up just where he left off as he impressed in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first game.
Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Ander Herrera were all amongst the goals as well but it was Martial who stood out the most.
The former AS Monaco man was consistently a threat with his dribbling finishing and direct style of play.
If Anthony continues in the same vein of form there’s no reason why he can’t quickly become one of the best in the league for his position.

Though his composed finish was impressive as well as his touches in the opposition box, it’s actually Martial’s chances created stat that comes as a pleasant surprise.
The winger isn’t exactly known as a playmaker and the fact he was so good in that department despite Paul Pogba’s presence on the pitch is even more stunning.
There’s no real reason why Anthony can not become Manchester United’s main man, particularly under Solskjaer’s management if the 5-1 win over Cardiff City is meant to mean anything.
