Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri has said that there is zero chance of midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek leaving the club in January on a loan deal, reports Simon Johnson on Twitter.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Sarri has said that it would be silly for Loftus-Cheek to be allowed to leave on loan given his increased importance in recent matches.
Ruben in October played four matches out of five. At the moment the situation is not for a loan of course.
The 22-year old impressed many last season on loan at Crystal Palace, including England manager Gareth Southgate as he earned himself a call-up to the 2018 World Cup squad.
With the Blues bringing in highly rated midfielders Mateo Kovacic and Jorginho in the summer, many feared for Loftus-Cheek’s Chelsea future.
However, after remaining patient at the start of this campaign, the Englishman has gone from strength to strength recently.
Following a first competitive hat-trick against BATE Borisov in the Europa League, Loftus-Cheek then got Chelsea’s fourth against Burnley just three days later.
It is therefore obvious why Sarri is reluctant to let the Chelsea midfielder leave on loan again this January as he is able to give this side another dimension to their game.
With fellow English midfielder Ross Barkley also finding his form, competition for places, especially the midfield three, is thriving and giving Sarri a pleasant headache.
