Manchester United fans couldn’t hide their pleasure with Anthony Martial‘s performance against Chelsea after he grabbed a crucial goal.
The Frenchman was handed a start at Stamford Bridge and repaid his manager’s faith to the full by scoring when his team weren’t at their best.
United looked disjointed all game until the former AS Monaco man equalised after the Blues had scored in the first half.
Paul Pogba was the man guilty of losing his man as Antonio Rudiger rose to score from a set-piece.
Martial though dragged his team back into the match after some fine play by Juan Mata and the former Juventus man.

It appears as though Jose Mourinho has finally listened to fans and dropped Alexis Sanchez in favour of Anthony.
Lately that has proved to be the correct call though fans would love to see the Chilean back to his best on the pitch once more just not at the expense of the winger.
Hopefully Martial can continue to go from strength to strength and essentially not allow his manager to drop him.
The youngster has proven to be inconsistent before but there’s no room for him to drop his form any more.
