Man United fans react to Lukaku's performance vs Watford

Manchester United fans were certainly pleased with Romelu Lukaku following his performance against Watford.

The Belgian was on the scoresheet for his team, continuing his incredible form so far this season.

Lukaku was busy for his country during the international break as well and United supporters will definitely hope he can keep his displays up.

If Jose Mourinho’s men are to have any hopes of winning any silverware this season then they will need their star man to keep netting goals.

Romelu is heavily relied upon by his teammates and he normally grabs the majority of the goals for his side as well.

Find it very strange how Drogba is looked at as one of the all time Premier League greats yet Romelu Lukaku, who has today overtaken Drogba’s goal scoring tally is so disrespected. Lukaku is a handful for any defender. He seriously deserves more respect and appreciation.

Lukaku’s aim for the season has to be to grab yet 20+ goals once again but he’ll also be hoping to end the talk of his inability to score against the bigger sides.

Many opposition fans or even neutrals claim the striker isn’t world-class since he manages to grab the majority of his goals against smaller teams.

It’s more of a myth than a fact but there’s no doubt Romelu would like a few more goals against tougher rivals to end speculation.

United fans themselves don’t feel this way about the former Everton man but will hope he can dispel the myths nonetheless.
