Chelsea eager to sign Spanish international forward

Chelsea are interested in Napoli forward Jose Callejon, who thrived under Maurizio Sarri last season.

According to Calcio Napoli, via Get Italian Football News, Chelsea hold a strong interest in the Spanish international.

The report claims that Napoli are looking for a fee in the region of €27m for the winger, who scored 12 goals for the club last season.

The 31-year-old has spent six seasons with Napoli since his move from Spanish giants Real Madrid, amassing 257 appearances for the Italian side.

Callejon has managed 57 Serie A goals in his six seasons at Napoli, only missing out on double figures in one season.

The experienced forward could be a replacement for Willian, who is being heavily linked with a big-money move to Barcelona.
